Our Services

Home & Termite Inspection

We inspect the total square footage: top to bottom, inside and out; including; porches/patios and garages. We enter the attic and crawlspace and inspect/operate installed kitchen appliances, plumbing, electrical, air conditioner, and heater.​

Video Pipe

Our high-definition camera looks for unexpected expenses such as roots, blocks, breaks, or clogs between the house and city or septic connection.

Shed/Shop Inspection

We will also inspect your shed/shop when scheduled with the Home Inspection for a small additional cost

Pool Inspection

A visual inspection of the pool surface, accessories, controls, equipment, and enclosure can be done for a small additional cost when scheduled with the Home Inspection.
